Extremely unprofessional place. They had a chance to redeem business from us but failed miserably at doing so. The Receptionist Amanda brought up an very mild issue we had with them several months ago when the purpose of the call was an emergency about our dog passing out. The mentality they had was " we aren't going to help you out because of a minor issue a few months back. " Extremely selfish and incompetent to bring up a passed issue and let an innocent dog suffer!
